岑飛龍先生有一幅所有畫友都認為傑出的作品， 代表了抗日戰爭的年代， 戰後再也不會發生。 那是日軍侵華時一個中秋的晚上， 剛巧是岑老的生辰， 為了不做忘國奴， 特從廣東逃難經湖南的衡陽到桂林， 落難異鄉衡陽時雖逢生辰， 但心情難過， 面對祖國大好河山色變， 作為中國普通老百姓， 心情無奈及對戰爭的控訴。 窗外雖月亮皎潔， 景色宜人， 但心情沉重。
Mr. Shum Fai Loong (Cen FeiLong) has a painting work that all his fellow artists consider outstanding, representing the era of the war of resistance against Japan, a time that will never happen again after the war. It was a Mid-Autumn Festival evening during the Japanese invasion of China, which happened to be Mr. Shum's birthday. To flee, he fled from Guangdong, passing through Hengyang in Hunan, and finally arriving in Guilin. Although it was his birthday, he was deeply saddened by the plight of his homeland, witnessing the devastation of his country. As an ordinary Chinese citizen, he felt helpless and indignant at the war. Although the moon was bright and the scenery outside the window was beautiful, his heart was heavy.
